Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all dispensing operation for materials to be used in Production, including to provide timely report to Production Manager,

· Responsible for the management of controlled substances/controlled drugs and inventory, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

· Under Production Manager supervision and direction to manage operational training and development of manpower in production, and ensure relevant SOP update to date.

· To assist the Manager to plan, record and monitor the Production manpower headcount in accordance to employment matrix including proposing replacement and additional manpower

· Together with other team member to assist production manager in operational workforce management and engagement, and well-being.

· Together with production executive to conduct safety relevant training, to promote GMP compliance, and to support GMP audit, Project, etc under manager supervision and direction.

· Together with team member to support GMP inspection by authority or customers

· A crucial role covering for the Regulatory Pharmacist during his/her absent.

· Other duties/projects assigned by the Production Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree of Science (Pharmacy).

· At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Note: This role will require travel and based in China and Vietnam for at least 10 months per year. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.

The ESG Manager will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to advance sustainability goals, uphold corporate governance, and ensure transparency in ESG reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Environmental Responsibility (Sustainability Focus):

• Sustainability Strategy Development: Assess the company’s environmental footprint, focusing on areas such as resource consumption, waste management, energy efficiency, and carbon emissions. Develop and implement sustainable practices aimed at minimizing the company’s environmental impact.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international environmental regulations. Oversee environmental audits and prepare reports for compliance purposes.
• Sustainable Projects Leadership: Spearhead projects that drive the transition to green energy, carbon reduction, and circular economy practices, fostering sustainability throughout the product lifecycle and business operations.

Social Responsibility:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Sustainability Studies, Business Administration (with a sustainability focus), Public Policy, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in ESG management, particularly within the consumer electronics manufacturing industry, and a deep understanding of ESG frameworks and standards.
• Proven expertise in corporate governance and social responsibility initiatives.
• Strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Previous experience in project or corporate management is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work abroad in China and Vietnam for at least 10 months per year, including annual 4 rounds-trip tickets to Singapore and separate living accommodations.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to SOPs for AR and AP processes, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Review purchase orders, verify goods received, process invoices, and make required payments.
• Match shipment records with the system, issue tax invoices to customers, and record payments received.
• Execute manual or ad hoc adjustments to the general ledger and fixed asset capitalization as instructed by the accountant.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with vendors, internal stakeholders, and banks, flagging unusual cases and obtaining approval for adjustments.
• Compile costing data manually in the event of a costing machine malfunction.
• Prepare audit schedules and assist in organizing audit-related information.
• Provide support for management and auditor reporting by compiling necessary data.

Requirements:

• A diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least one year of experience in Accounts Payable (AP).
• Understanding of fundamental principles of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP systems (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective stakeholder management skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
