• Data consistency and Clash checking in AVEVA
• Prepare support drawings
• Checking the piping and other discipline documents as per shipyard payment
• Perform 3D Modelling of Electrical equipment and cable tray/ladder, supports and instruments in AVEVA
• Preparation of 2D deliverables (lighting layout, wiring diagram, equipment layout, interconnection diagram, cable tray/ladder layout, cable tray/ladder fill report and MCT layout)

• Plan and prepare section schedule, daily production performance and stock report.
• Coordinate with respective sections to ensure on-time delivery.
• Daily monitoring of WIP and Finished goods against sales order balance.
• Monitoring on the shop floor and attend daily production meeting to ensure they follow according to schedule.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Management /Manufacturing Engineering or its equivalent.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Independent, creative, resourceful and able to take pressure.
• Computer literate.
• Experience in Production planning & Electronics manufacturing.

About the role:

• Support the Production Manager and Production Superintendent in process analysis, troubleshooting and optimization of plant operations.
• Responsible for all shift operations aspects and managing shift team manpower and administration.
• Conducts daily shift meetings and assigns duties to the shift team.
• Making emergency operating decisions.
• Leads Emergency Response Team as Site Incident Commander.
• Guide shift team to ensure effective and safe operation.
• Ensure that periodic inspections are carried out to verify the smooth operation of all process equipment. Work requests are to be raised to rectify equipment faults if necessary.
• Reviewing DCS conditions/trends, analytical results, area logbooks and reading sheets, routine inspections of the process areas for equipment problems and housekeeping, and
• having process technicians take appropriate corrective action.
• Take corrective action to control and rectify deviations in process parameters in order that finished goods are produced within specifications.
• Conduct on-job training and cross-training for technicians under their charge.
• Co-ordinate and control the receipt and delivery of chemicals and finished goods in the Plant.
• Ensure that non-conforming products and recycled materials are properly handled and treated according to established procedures.
• Participate and lend support in project management when required.
• Implementation of cost-reduction ideas for utilities and waste streams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, company, and departmental Safety and Environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare equipment for maintenance and commissioning of equipment.
• Work with the Maintenance Department on Transition and shutdown maintenance planning

About you:

• At least 10 years of working experience in the petrochemical industry.
• Diploma in a relevant discipline (Chemical / Chemistry / Engineering)
• Experience in a supervisory role in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge and application of all safety rules and safety processes required in a chemical plant.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skill.
• High level of initiative and clear judgment
