In event production & operations your role is to manage an event end to end, preparing and executing operational plans and schedules, budgets, presentations and the like. You are comfortable briefing teams and ensuring that all aspects of the event is well executed. You are a strong communicator with strong multi-tasking skills. You are a people person, being able to manage teams across countries, cultures and varied timelines. You are highly organized and independent, able to work flexible hours as is common in the event business. Prior experience is a must, regional travel maybe required.

Scope of Work

• Manage overall production and operational
• Manage vendors and logistic agencies to ensure all deliverables
• Manage cost control, quality, design solutions and project mangement
• Source competitive quote/materials
• Production mangement from fabrication to on-site set-up supervision
• Attend meetings with clients to discuss design progress, address concerns, and provide regular updates on milestones.

• Assist and work with day to day production administrative works and operations of the Production/Processing Department by Engineer/Manager/Supervisor
