Job Duties:

• ITIL certification/knowledge and understanding of IT service management processes.
• Familiarity with Capital Markets products and workflows (e.g., FO/BO environments).
• Proficiency in XML, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, MQ Series, CFT, and Control-M.
