Responsibilities

• Obtaining any materials and equipment required.
• Oversaw mold setup/mold changes and adjusted processes to
• ensure product quality.
• Material Processing (PC, HIPS, ABS, Nylon GF,PPTF.POM,PPCP,PP)
• Oversaw production on 16 injection molding machines,
• maintaining lean manufacturing principles..
• Operated and supervised MILACRON (EQ&M) Series, ANGEL,
• HAITIAN, TEDERIC, and TON (80 to 2800) injection molding
• machines.
• Conducted analysis and improvement activities for new mold
• trials, resulting in enhanced product quality.
• Monitored and improved Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• on the shop floor, achieving productivity gains.

Requirements and skills

• Bacheleor Degree in Plastic moulding Technology or Manufacturing Engineering
• Proven experience as production Engineering
• Deep knowledge of production management
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
• Outstanding communication ability
• Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
