• Establishment of technical information e.g. specifications of raw material, packaging materials, finished products.
• Provides documentation to support registration of products with regulatory authority.
• To ensure the quality of product is in accordance with the specification.
• To review and feedback if there is any improvement needed for the process of manufacturing.
• To ensure that products are produced, stored according to the appropriate documentation and monitor storage conditions for materials and product in order to obtain or maintain the required quality.
• To inspect, investigate and take samples in order to monitor factors which may affect product quality.
• To ensure all products, in process materials, production facilities and process are in accordance to codes of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirement through proper monitoring procedures, effective training program and up to date documentations.

• To ensure that company is always updated with the latest guideline required.
• Review and make recommendation for improvement in area of manufacturing processes, safety, environment, sanitation and hygiene.

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree/Master in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Minimum 2 - 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in drug development and formulation as well as manufacturing process/technologies

Introduction:

As a Digital Manufacturing Senior Analyst, you will support in the definition and alignment of digital aspirations among Fab leadership. In this role you will support in the collaboration, consolidation, refinement, and refreshment of Butterfly portfolio of use cases (source: bottom-up, outside in). You will report to the Digital Strategy Snr Manager and develop the strategies in setting up the approaches (ideation, prioritization, PoC, Scale-up readiness, Scaling and sustain) and operationalize.

Your Job

• Translate high-level strategic goals and objectives into actionable use cases for digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Collaborate among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategic goals and operational deliverables through implementation of Digital manufacturing projects.
• Work with technology partnership group, Fab engineers, data scientists, and specialists to understand and translate technical concepts into potential use cases across the Fabs.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and return on investment (ROI) analysis to evaluate potential investments in digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Conduct technological research and analysis to get updated on the emerging technologies and market trends for potential use cases.
• Support in the strategic analysis to develop, refine, and refresh Butterfly portfolio of use cases.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other material to communicate findings and recommendations to Strategy Manager, Fab Leadership, and stakeholders.
• Provide analytical support and conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide support to the Strategy Manager in evaluating potential uses cases in the digital manufacturing space.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management with a focus on digital manufacturing applications.
• Strong understanding of digital manufacturing technologies including AI, ML, IoT, Robotics, Autonomous Systems, and Automations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholders’ management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, engineering principles related to AI, ML, IoT, Robotics, Autonomous Systems, and Automations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Certification in Project Management or equivalent certification.

• Compiles and records production data from such documents as customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets, following prescribed recordkeeping procedures, using typewriter, computer terminal, and writing instruments.
• Maintains files of documents used and prepared.

• Answers telephone and provides information to callers or routes calls to appropriate official.
• May have frequent communication with customers and/or vendors, as assigned.
• Provides administrative support and materials to various departments and functions, which may include production, sales, quality, purchasing, customer service and finance.
• Responsible for completing and maintain all shipment related requirement, such as shipping document, shipping arrangement and related activities.
• Coordinate interactions with inter departments.
