Job Description:

A. Reporting and Data Management:

1. a. Accurately maintain and update daily Production WIP stock inventory, packaging materials inventory, and Production tally sheets.
2. Verify the accuracy of data entries and cross-check information with supporting documents.
3. Collaborate with relevant teams to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to production records or inventory levels.
4. Generate reports, summaries, and analyses of production and inventory data as required for manager review.
5. Provide monthly packaging materials reports and inventory reports to the finance department on the first working day of the following month.
6. Maintain records for annual mandatory packaging material reporting submission.
7. Compile customers' orders Tally Sheet or Report for Logistics/QA.

B. Packaging and Consumable Inventory Management:

1. Monitor and manage the inventory of consumables items and packaging materials used in day-to-day operations.
2. Conduct regular audits to assess packaging quality and compliance.
3. Source and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of consumables items and packaging material inventory, as instructed by the Production Manager. All purchases are to be authorised by the immediate Superior.
4. Implement efficient tracking systems to monitor consumption and reorder levels.
5. Collaborate with various departments to understand and forecast consumable and packaging material needs.

C. Store Organization and Management:

1. Assist in ensuring the store organizes and maintains an orderly storage facility.
2. Implement efficient storage systems to optimize space and accessibility.
3. Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
4. Ensure stores and materials are handled following FSMS standards.

D. Label Printing and Design:

1. Assist with the printing of labels for products and shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
2. Collaborate with relevant teams on design and update label templates as required.

E. Ad-hoc Support Duties:

1. Provide comprehensive support to the Operations/Production/QA Department.
2. Maintain records of transactions and processing according to compliance requirements.
3. Perform adjustments to correct pre-processing and processing errors.
4. Input production and inventory information into databases or electronic systems.
5. Support internal audits and inspections by providing accurate records and documentation.
6. Safeguard confidential information and maintain data integrity.
7. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to record-keeping processes and systems.
8. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the manager when needed.

Requirement:

1. Nitec and above in any discipline.
2. Willingness to work in a variety of settings, primarily on the production floor (in a cold environment), as well as in an office.
3. Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Word).
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping tasks.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
7. Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with Mandarin/English-speaking suppliers, stakeholders, and production staff.
8. Familiarity with inventory management systems or software is a plus.
9. Basic mathematical skills for inventory calculations and data analysis.

· Operate machinery to produce the products while adhering to safety guidelines and quality standards.

• Early involvement with Business Development and Toolroom team on Early Product Review

• Participate in DFM of new project development.

• Perform Tool buy-off testing and ensure that tool conform to targeted yield, cycle time and quality for smooth mass production run as well as tool function reliability.

• Define process to achieve optimal cycle time, yield and quality for all new products assigned.

• Provide support for manufacturing/molding site to ensure FIM process meets requirement of quality level.

• Ensure smooth transfer of new product to Site PE via tool transfer, setup and troubleshooting to manufacturing site.

• Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety, abide by all EHS policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering

• Min 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates with more years of experiences will be considered for Project Manager.

• Knowledge and hands on experience in Engineering & Production process automation. Knowledge/experience in Plastic injection molding a plus.

• Knowledge in IATF16949 awareness is an added advantage

Mechanical Engineer (Design / Drilling equipment)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provides repair recommendations of customer equipment that are cost effective, follow the standard practices of the facility, and are in accordance with industry requirements.
• Provides engineering support to the facility, vendors, and customers during the repair process to ensure project is completed successfully
• Prepare drawings, information and documentation which meets engineering standards to enable the manufacturing group and other departments to produce and market the Company's product

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

• Form A license holder and other license as required by regulatory.
