Job Description
· Support the factory operations of TSC business.
· To plan and execute Quality Programs in ensuring that products are produced and packed in accordance to established Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
· Continuous improvement approach to improve Quality ensuring that the incoming raw materials (food and non food) and trading products received and finished goods produced are all within specifications.
· Investigate and implement corrective and preventive actions quality complaints and major quality issues.
· Work with various stakeholders on development of new products and processes.
· The job scope would cover:
1. In line / Off Line quality Assurance
2. Raw Materials Entrance Quality Control
3. HACCP administrator
Requirement:
· Min. Diploma in Food Science or relevant cert in Food Science
· Min 3 years of experience in Food Manufacturing industry
· Self-driven, self-discipline, good team worker
