Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience working in Banking IT industry support. Experience in internet banking applications and mobile banking applications.

• Treasury application BAU 24*7 support:
• L1 & L2 application technical and functional support in production treasury application support environment
• Monitoring and issue resolution of Online trade booking applications
• Resolving technical services related issues, environment management and EOD batch support in morning or night or weekend shifts
• Managing and regular interaction with the application end users and stakeholders management

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 5+ years of experience in production application support environment

Your Profile

• No prior experience is needed.
