• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role in manufacturing, ideally in electro-mechanical assembly.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Implement general operation duties of Industrial Gases plants.
• Create a daily production report and weekly report.
• Conduct quality inspections on production during the night shift.
