Qualifications

• Maintenance of the LED panels and LED video wall equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve LED Panel and Wall technical issues.
• Testing and commissioning led display screen panel.
• Able to provide on-site technical support and installation of LED walls.
• Installation, Maintenance, Servicing & Troubleshooting.
• Excellent understanding of LED Screen systems with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of AV systems such as projectors, displays, audio systems, and control systems
• Experience with audio visual systems, cabling, and signal flow.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to read and comprehend site drawings, schematics, and training manuals.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

• To manage operations of audio, visual, lighting systems, and technical equipment at various SCCC event venues as the Technical Officer on duty.
• To attend venue walks, production and departmental meetings as required.
• To promptly complete production administration and event coordination matters as assigned within EBMS.
• To assist Venues & Partnership (V&P) on logistical and technical requirements after venue walks and production meetings to ensure accurate and prompt charging.
• To assist Team Lead (Production) to coordinate and to provide technical and logistical support to ensure services are delivered at a high level. Including risk assessments for compliance with Workplace Health and Safety, and internal safety protocol for all events at SCCC.
• To assist Team Lead (Production) with manpower rostering, planning, and monitoring the event calendar to ensure efficient resource deployment for all events at SCCC.
• To assist Team Lead (Production) with the upgrade and maintenance of production and technical resources and contribute towards establishing production related policies and SOPs.
• Working with V&P and Senior Executive Officer (Production Coordination) to ensure operational and technical issues and complaints from hirers, partners, and stakeholders are satisfactorily and promptly resolved.
• For Senior Technical Officers, to assist Team Lead (Production) to mentor Technical Officers to ensure team and venue discipline, including attendance at production meetings and venue walks.
• To contribute towards the efficiency of all activities in the venue and effective delivery of services for all events in SCCC.
• Contribute towards management reporting on all production and technical matters.
• Any additional duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• A degree and/or diploma in Technical Theatre, Audio, Visual or Sound Engineering, or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience (at least 5 years of relevant experience for senior technical officer), or
• A higher Nitec in performance production or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferably with experience in handling/programming digital lighting console/ digital sound mixing console and audio-visual automation controls such as Extron, Crestron, etc.
• WSQ training and certificates in operating scissor lift/vertical lift and work-at-height.
• Knowledge in risk assessment and proficiency in Microsoft Office, EBMS and Autocad.
• Strong interest and passion in Chinese arts and culture.
• Able to work independently, and is a good team player,
• Outgoing personality with a can-do spirit and open to learning.
• Required to work late nights, on weekends and public holidays to support events.
• Bilingual with proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous.

• Leadership of projects for improvements - Drive Factory initiatives to develop, implement and maintain sustainable improvements, cost reduction and competitiveness whilst maintaining Nestle Quality Standards
• Report & validation of project results - Monitoring the implementation of improvement intitatives within the factory, ensure that the benefits are properly measured and that the impact on production costs are clearly identified. Results are communicated to stakeholders.
• Training & methodological support - Practice and serve as a mentor to the leaders of focused improvement projects in the factory. Conducting and implementation of continuous improvement tools within the factory. Coordination of CI team activities (training, team formation, monitoring of progress, information sharing).
• Technical support for production including using industrial performance tools to ensure successful troubleshooting and debottlenecking of process flow related to equipment. Conduct on his own focused improvement projects, or coordinate and lead multi-functional teams to improve.
• Training, coaching and assessment for the factory and the local committees on GA practices
• Responsible to implement safety and environment practices in the workplace.

What will make you successful

• Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering or related fields
• 3 to 6 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity
• Demonstrated capability to lead a group of people
• Intermediate knowledge of TPM or similar continuous improvement methodology
• Good understanding of the business needs
• Exposure to implementing continuous improvement and employee involvement techniques. Implementation experience of TPM.
