Responsibilities:

• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot issues related to either fermentation/cell culture or protein purification processes and unit operations.
• Perform product quality impact assessments and support root cause assessments for process discrepancies and Quality investigations.
• Identify and implement corrective actions, preventative actions and continuous improvements for process and equipment.
• Create, review and revise cGMP documents such as batch records, SOPs, etc.
• Create change records.
• Perform gap and technical assessments for global standards and procedures (GSPs and SOPs).
• Serve as risk lead or subject matter expert in support of risk assessments and hazards analysis e.g. microbial control risk assessments.
• Develop technical training material and conduct technical training for production staff.
• Support the technology transfer of new products/processes e.g. perform field testing.
• Create, review, revise and approve technical reports and engineering documents such as URS, FS, SDS, P&IDs, etc.
• Design, procure, commission, and qualify new equipment.
• Work effectively as part of a team responsible for ensuring successful and efficient processes for the production of recombinant proteins.
• Serve as subject matter expert for regulatory inspections as well as internal audits and support inspection response.
• Serve as RSTO representative in global network teams such as UOTs and task forces.
• Experience in Downstream operations for Drug Substance Manufacturing Operations will be an advantage
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
• Assist in experimental design and troubleshooting as needed.

About You:

• Min. 5 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant life science field (e.g., biology, biotechnology, biochemistry).
• Previous experience in a GMP environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities-

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

REQUIREMENT

• Support the generation of cGMP documentation including qualification protocols, SOP and production batch record issuance.
• Co-ordinate internal review and approval of documentation
• Proactively progress documents to achieve schedule adherence and to site policies & compliance with cGMP’s.
• Initiating Production Change control, deviation, and handling of related CAPA activities, task implementation using Trackwise. Assist in the preparation of reports/presentations as required.
• To update and format documentation including SOPs, forms, logbooks, and label templates.
• Prepare label templates and print labels as required for finished product.
• Write/review manufacturing documentation (SOPs,Manufacturing Records & Logbooks) ensuring it is current, accurate and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Track and trend relevant technical and business process metrics to ensure operations are performing effectively and efficiently.
• To arrange quotation and purchase requisition all required production consumables.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Diploma qualification in life science, engineering or related qualification
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a cGMP facility, in a documentation role is desirable.
• Experience with facility start-up projects (brown field or green field) is desirable.
• Excellent computer skills MS Office (WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.

Lab Executive independently performs advanced level laboratory functions with competence and minimal supervision. Support the Technology Department through all stages of product development and testing.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Ensure all Lab Job Ticket assigned are performed accordingly and completed on time.

2. Independently and competently performs assigned tasks in a prioritized, logical, and timely manner in agreement with company laboratory and safety procedures with competence and minimum supervision

3. Tests in accordance with specifications provided.

4. Perform all core function/testing required by this position.

5. Assists in reviewing & writing of SOPs and standard test methods.

6. Enter test data and conditions into the lab system and can assemble into a simple report.

7. Capable of conducting internal R&R.

8. Troubleshoot lab equipment issues with assistance from M&E/ equipment vendor.

9. Prepare testing report

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Process Technology

• 3 year of related work experiences.

• Work experience in Manufacturing environment will be preferred

• Good understanding of manufacturing safety and 5S

Responsibilities

• Forecast planning; Plan and schedule production orders according to demands and available resources
• Coordinate with Project leaders, team members and Production Supervisors on work prioritization according to delivery schedule
• Responsible for material and production planning, requisition of materials and maintenance of BOM and design change implementation
• Responsible for order confirmation based on material and capability availability
• Plan, control and coordinate with purchasers on material deliveries to avoid high stock inventory
• Monitor material availability for production continuity
• Periodically reporting;
• Ensure timely closure of production orders for invoicing
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:
