Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop and drive strategic engineering initiatives particularly in relation to Quality, Cost, Productivity improvement.
• Lead NPI and Product Transfer Projects to successful completion
• Initiate value engineering projects to enhance operational capabilities to meet new business needs and raise operational efficiency
• Work closely with cross functional teams to understand engineering related issues in order to provide effective solutions
• Improve site Safety through hazard identification and prevention

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in Lifesciences/Biotech/Medical manufacturing environment
• Project Management experience
