Warehouse Operator-Location Jurong Pier- East Singapore
Purpose of the position
Ensures the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods and products to feed business operations and customer demand.
Key Tasks
• Ensure that daily activities promote sustainability and health and safety, reducing environmental impact, supporting the communities we work in, and minimizing workplace incidents.
• Work in any designated area of the operation as directed by site managers or supervisors and tasks can include but are not limited to:
o Capable of using lifting equipment such as forklifts, lift trucks, drum clipper.
o Receive goods, check for damaged or missing items, and quarantine any that do not meet quality standards for further review.
o Store goods with using Warehouse Management System.
o Pick and pack orders, prepare them for dispatch.
o Ensure goods are received and released accurately both physically and in system.
o Perform cycle counts as directed, using the WMS and paper records.
o Follow manual handling procedures to ensure safe lifting and movement of products.
o Ensure operations, safety and security SOPs are being followed accordingly.
o Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards.
o Make recommendations to improve efficiency and add value
o Be willing to relocate, either temporarily or permanently, to other facilities within Singapore to support operations
o Carry out any other reasonable tasks as assigned by superiors to meet operational needs

Educational background / Work experience
• Minimum 'O' levels preferred
• Experience within warehouse operations
• Forklift license
Language Skills
• Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken)
Computer Literacy
• Able to use basic MS Office and Mobile apps
• Ability to learn and maintain the relevant WMS / Systems required on site
Salary up to 2300
