Job Description:

• shift teams to ensure adherence to the production plan, resolve issues, as required

• • Be considered to have more than one area of manufacturing expertise, for example, Upstream processing/Downstream processing/ Equipment Preparation/ Buffer Preparation and/or knowledge in key systems like EBM/XFP/CIP/SIP knowledge

• • Act as subject matter expert during audits, explaining and walking through specific process operations or investigations, as applicable

• • Carry out deviations investigations in the GEMS system, including product impact assessments and implement CAPAs

• • Be a change control owner in the CCMS system, if applicable

• • Maintain recipe configuration management documentation, if applicable

• • Carry out material support activities including liaising with MLCM or vendors to address material issues, if applicable

• • Develop and implement CAPAs arising from audits

• • Informing management of events impacting production schedule

• • Propose and review document revisions

• • Carry out work in a safe manner, notifying management of safety issues and risks

The individual will manage equipment and support facility related projects by

• • Assist in audit preparation as well as documentation related to audit responses, Adverse event notification review and Annual Product Reviews, as required

• • Lead the transfer/implementation of new processes and commissioning & validation activities of new projects

• • Lead complex investigations

• • Lead continuous improvement

• • Lead product change over activities

• • Monitor and analyze processing parameters for atypical trends and improvement opportunities

• • Act as a department training coordinator as required

• Meet and maintain training requirements on time

• Provide technical training for area personnel, as required

• Develop training material, as required

• Train and coach team members, as required

• Develop and maintain personal development plan

Job Description

Technically skilled and detail-oriented person that can run various manufacturing / production equipment producing high-quality and strict quality control products. Production is performed in a clean room of 5000-1000PPM.

The PO will work within our production team to ensure that all products meet our company’s standards for quality, performance, and efficiency.

Machine Maintenance & Production:

• Adjust and configure the machine according to engineering specifications for production.
• Perform maintenance, install, test, and calibrate mechanical and electronic components within each machine.
• Ensure alignment, accuracy, and precision of parts and products during the production.
• Cross-training with Quality Control Department to understand both Work-in-Progress (WIP) products and Finished Goods(FG).

Quality Control & Inspection:

• Conduct pre-production checks to verify the availability and condition of the raw materials and machine.
• Perform routine inspections of machines throughout the production process to identify defects or issues.
• Document and report any inconsistencies or quality control issues to the production manager.
• Maintain and ISO 9001 and SOP compliant environment and process.

Technical Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems within machines and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Follow standard operating procedures for maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

Process Improvement:

• Work collaboratively with the production team to improve processes and efficiency.
• Provide input on machine design or assembly changes to improve performance and ease of production.
• Assist in implementing and documenting best practices for production to enhance quality and productivity.

Inventory & Material Management:

• Track inventory of all equipment, parts and materials used in the production process and report shortages.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials, parts, and finished products.
• Prepare and update production reports, tracking units produced, time spent, and any issues encountered.

Experience:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in machinery operation or production, preferably with screen printing machines or other manufacturing similar equipment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to handle high temperature environment (short term) and combustible raw materials.
• Require standing for substantive periods and working with hands in close spaces.
• Require wearing some PPE/ other protective gear and following safety protocols.
