5. Prepare and update IFS process workflow policy and procedures, in collaboration with the Financial Processes & Systems Manager and other Finance personnel as needed. Troubleshooting and resolution of IFS issues.
6. Update of IFS authority settings according to Board’s mandate.
7. Support IFS financial information dissemination to transaction owners
8. Work closely with external consultants from IFS and supporting systems like consolidation, management reporting, invoice automation solutions and treasury system to ensure continued smooth operation of IFS and seamless integration to supporting systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting or similar educational qualification.
• Relevant experience can compensate for less formal education.
• Minimum of 8 years’ hand-on experience with Finance and ERP systems.
• Minimum 5 of these years must be on IFS Fluent
• Meticulous with documentation of ERP system workflows.
• Deep understanding of IFS Finance and other modules used at Yinson; SCM, project, Maintenance.

Position Summary

This role involves precision assembly of components, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with engineers and technicians to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities ROV Assembly and Integration:

Assemble mechanical, electrical, components according to technical drawings and schematics. Install control systems, sensors, cameras etc. Conduct wiring and connection of electrical components, ensuring proper integration.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Perform functional tests on assembled ROVs to verify performance and detect issues. Inspect components for defects and ensure assembly complies with specifications. Maintain detailed records of test results and quality checks.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

Identify and resolve issues during assembly or testing processes. Perform basic repairs and adjustments to components or systems.

Compliance and Documentation:

Adhere to industry safety and environmental standards,. Complete and maintain assembly checklists, technical logs, and production reports.

Collaboration and Training:

Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and fellow technicians to optimize the assembly process. Assist in training junior technicians or new hires in assembly techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications Education:

High school diploma or equivalent Technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, (preferred).

Experience:

Prior Experience in assembly with basic electrical wiring, and precision assembly techniques.

Skills:

• Ensure compliance to all safety regulations and requirements
• Managing the Operation Risk Assessment and Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) study for new projects and change to operating procedures.

• Work with different internal teams to ensure projects are following and implemented accordingly
• Leading HSE improvement initiatives
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or Health, Safety or Environmental related field of study
• Min 2 years experience in Chemical Industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Working Hours: Monday-Friday (8am - 4:30pm)
• Location: Jurong Island (Transport provided from Jurong East MRT)
• Salary: Up to $5000 + $200 Site Allowance
