Job Scope:

• Uphold quality in every process of Distribution and Production operations undertaken
• Fully understand and adhere to all instructions as detailed in distribution & batch documents and SOPs
• Complete all documentation in compliance with the principles of cGMPs
• Perform routine cleaning of Clinical Services equipment and packaging rooms according to appropriate SOPs. Carry out housekeeping of the warehouse to ensure it is consistently clean and tidy
• Count and record materials required for use in Clinical Trial operations. Ensure all materials are handled carefully and in the correct manner
• (Quality) Report any known breaches in procedure, or any examples of substandard quality to supervisor
• Undertake additional duties or specific tasks as designated by superiors
• Receive incoming or returned materials in an efficient manner and perform putaway followed by the uploading of details into the Inventory Management System accordingly
• Ensure the correct picking of materials for all Distribution Orders
• Perform all Distribution activities in accordance with SOPs and Distribution instructions to ensure efficient, exact and secure completion
• Perform and maintain accurate computer transactions in line with Distribution and Inventory Management systems
• Process material for all Clinical Services packaging disciplines, e.g. blister packing, walleting, encapsulation, dispensing, label & compilation, in accordance with SOPs and Production Instructions
• (Quality) Undertake packaging duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice as detailed in relevant SOPs.
• Hold responsibility for verification of materials processed by completing all relevant documentation.

Production Supervisor will be under Marine service line, the appropriate quality check, the compilation of accurate and customized results reports and other deliverables.

- Min 5 Years experience as Marine Industry.

POSITION SUMMARY

The production supervisor supervises workers in a beverage manufacturing/production environment. They plan & assign work, implement policies & procedures & recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures & working conditions.

Duties & Responsibilities

~Understand & be able to operate all equipment & troubleshooting

~Ability to understand the production schedule & ensure the schedule is followed

~Ensuring effective worker relations; providing worker coaching & development; resolving worker issues through problem resolution

~Balancing quality, productivity, cost, safety & morale to achieve positive results in all areas; working to continuously improve in all areas

~Managing departmental performance measures, including visual controls & providing regular progress reports

~Responsible for implementing all company policies including GMP,PPE & safety

~Responsible for ensuring all workers are adhering to safety guidelines

~Training all workers & Tracking absenteeism

Minimum Qualifications

~High school diploma or GED equivalent required

~Three years working in a manufacturing/production environment required

~Experience in machine operations in a production environment required

~Strong interpersonal & communication skills with strong team-production skills

• Issuing of Delivery Orders.
• Issuing Job Orders to production department.
• Arrange goods to be delivered to customers and ensure documents are signed and update in system.

• No experience needed, training will be provided.
