Job Description:
• Work closely with supervisor/manager to ensure production planning run smoothly and give support to the team.
•Coordinator between Admin and QA for any production issue.
•Ensure production output data are accurate and perform monitoring check.
•To be responsible of production data collection and data entry.
•Data key in for raw material withdrawal record, finished goods production.
•Ensure all the inspection record by production operators are accurately and comply with requirement

Requirement:
Min 1 year admin experience.

• Plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of an organization.
• Encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, acting as a bridge between strategic planning and day-to-day operations.
• Developing operational plans, setting budgets, and allocating resources to achieve organizational goals.
• Analyzing and streamlining existing workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinating and collaborating with various departments (e.g., production, marketing, finance) to ensure alignment and smooth operation.
• Providing direction, guidance, and motivation to operational staff to achieve goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• With 5 years of experience in a production management role.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
