JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Officer is the first point of contact between the company and its customers, representing the company’s image and values. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Support & Communication:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and instant messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp), providing accurate product and service information.

• Support Sales by issuing and following up on quotations.
