Strategic Business Development

• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the advanced manufacturing sector to support business expansion.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze industry trends, workforce skill demands, and gaps in the talent pool.
• Design and execute strategic initiatives to enhance business growth and drive the adoption of training programs.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturing firms, industry associations, and training providers.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Training Program Development

• Collaborate with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and industry training providers to develop tailored training solutions that align with client needs.
• Evaluate and update training program content to ensure relevance, alignment with industry standards, and adaptability to emerging trends.
• Monitor the performance of training programs, gather client feedback, and implement continuous improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in business development, marketing, or related roles within advanced manufacturing or industrial training sectors.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and derive actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage effectively with industry professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform basic and advanced machine assembly works
• Develop mechanical testing jigs & fixtures and perform testing and validation of machines
• Lead the production team to strictly adhere to production schedule and same time improving the manufacturing process to improve quality, cost, and productivity
• Creates, implements, and monitors KPI indicators on product quality and section capability
• Provide shop floor feedback to Production Engineering and D&D Department
• Assist the Production Manager to provide quality, cost effective and efficient support for launching of new machine models
• Perform machine mechanical setting and inspection checks according to YS standard
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve machine any kind of mechanical non conformance
• Perform machine final mechanical inspection and adjustments for any defects to maintain high level of quality
• Prepare reports on productivity, quality, claims, etc
• Work with engineering and other departments to improve assembly processes
• Monitor the serviceability of measuring instruments or jigs and fixtures and reporting to Supervisor or Manager any non-compliance condition
• Maintain accurate records of inspection result at each electrical process

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Min Diploma (Mechanical) required
• 0-3 years working in a machine assembly environment
• A good track record of supporting the department achieving KPI
• Strong understanding of 5S and HSE knowledge
• Able to work effectively in a fast and ever-changing stressful environment
• Maintain good Quality standards, 5S and safety discipline
• Well verse in Microsoft office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Knowledge of drawing software (SolidWorks, Unigraphic, etc) is added advantage
