Responsibilities

1. Plan, manage and coordinate projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget and of highest quality.
2. Work closely with clients, suppliers, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities in projects managed.
3. Plan, develop, execute, monitor project schedule, resource plan and budget.
4. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA / QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
5. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
6. Supervise team of Supervisors, foreman and workers in the production operations to ensure quality, productivity, and safety.
7. Set daily/ weekly/ monthly objectives and communicate them to production team.
8. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide assistance and technical support.
9. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing standards development projects under the national standardization programme administered by Enterprise Singapore.
• Provide secretariat support to the Technical Committees and Working Groups. This includes preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, report compilation, drafting of standards, etc.
• Engage and coordinate with the industry, academia, and government organizations to facilitate the development, promotion, and review of Singapore Standards and Technical References.
• Organizing key standard launches events and other outreach events.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, develop, and launch new standards. This includes conducting consultations and ensuring that standards are aligned with industry needs.
• Assist in the industry and technical research for the development of new/review of standards. Conduct verification studies to identify users of the standards.
• Handle inquiries regarding standards in your area of responsibility, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification in quality and safety / Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Preferably with at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in safety or manufacturing related field
• Preferably with secretariat experience
• Min. 3 years of experience in quality, safety or manufacturing industry is advantageous
• Results-oriented and able to manage and execute projects in a team and independently.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and work well with various stakeholders
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools

Responsibilities include:

• Independently managing and overseeing video and photo shoots.
• Participating in the editing process.
• Providing assistance across all aspects of production.
• Ensuring the quality and maintenance of in-house equipments.
• Demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Undertaking ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Able to do wedding shoots on weekends especially malay weddings.

• Possessing a Class 3/3A driver's license is advantageous.
• Being social media savvy is a desirable asset.

Working hours:

Monday - Friday, from 9am to 6pm.

Time off will be given for any work conducted on weekends or beyond regular working hours.

Work from home is possible with the company-issued laptop on non-shoot days, however, attendance is mandatory during shoot days.

Role Profile: Backend Office System Operator

The purpose of the role is to verify and consolidate parking infringements from CCTV footage for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scan, note down and verify any parking infringements from the CCTV monitors

• Validate all incoming traffic infringements and submit to BOS Team Lead.

• Attend to enquiries regarding verification of traffic infringements and other related services

• Report faulty cameras or breakdowns

• Coordinate with Technical Support team on camera repairs and adjustments

• Resolve all in scope enquiries and take appropriate escalation actions when required

• Other duties as assigned

• Part Time Basis available - Only weekends

Competence (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

• Knowledge of illegal parking violation rules

• Basic computer skills

Requirements:

• Able to converse well with customers on enquiries

• To be colour-blind free

• 2-years renewable contract

Education & Experience:

· Minimum ‘O’ Level or equivalent

· Preferably with experience working with CCTV systems

Responsibilities:

• Operate a heavy-duty forklift to shift FCL and loose/out-of-gauge cargo
• Load and unload cargo onto lowbed trailers safely and efficiently
• Perform daily forklift checks and ensure equipment is in good condition
• Adhere to safety guidelines during yard operations

Requirements:

• Possess Heavy Forklift certification
• Preferably with 1 year experience in handling container lifting equipment such as Kalmar, Fantuzzi, Sani etc.
• Willing to work 6 days’ work week in Jurong Island

• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance on equipment and systems at client premises
• Perform mechanical assembly and modification of production components using various tools and equipment
• Support production processes and inventory management, ensuring compliance with established procedures
• Collaborate with engineers on project management, equipment installation, and maintenance services
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and maintain productive working relationships with team members
• Meet production output and quality requirements while handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

• No prior experience required for technician in machine/semiconductor industry(Training provided)
