Our client is in the automation industry, transforming the cleaning industry with advanced robotic solutions that tackle manpower challenges. Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production operations, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met.
- Optimize workflow and lead staff training, fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Implement quality control procedures and address issues promptly.
- Ensure safety compliance through audits and training.
- Identify process improvements and collaborate with management to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Maintain production records, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.
- Prepare and present regular production performance reports to management.
- Prepare day plan for the team and uphold company policy and accountable for team performance.
- Handle Ad-hoc activities when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with production management software and quality control methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
