Coordinate and execute the product runs based on the schedule provided by planners and liaise with the production planner on any change or delay in the production schedule.

Ensure production processes are being carried out according to company and regulatory requirements

Monitor and control of inventory ensure balancing of Raw, unitized and packaging materials include SAP data entry.

Validating staff timesheets, Overtime and transport claims.

Maintain and verify Production Report and Perform daily visual inspection in the plant.

Job Purpose

The Program Administrator will be based in Changi reporting to Assistant Program Manager.

This role assists with managing customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the review of program proposals or plans to define time frame, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
• Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.
• Drives and coordinates projects/activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the work/communication across different departments.
• Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others.
• May assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
• Occasional travel to customer locations.
• Drive the team to look for continuous improvement activities that have an impact in the project timeline, cost or daily production activities.
• Follow up on shipments to ensure we meet site and customer guarantees without any delay and coordinate the team to any issue that could generate an impact.

Job Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in addition to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or related Industry.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of functional concepts and a solid comprehension of Flex policies and procedures.
• Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.

The Supplier Quality Engineer will be based in Changi South.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend day to day part quality issues / MRB reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all supplier-related quality issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams, such as Engineering, Procurement / Buyer, Planner, Operation, Logistic to address any supplier-related quality issues.
• Collaborating with suppliers to identify root causes of quality issues and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions. Review CAPA effectiveness, ensure no repeating occurrence.
• Work with IQC team in reviewing incoming parts from suppliers with no defects and ensure quality.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between suppliers and internal stakeholders as well as customers.
• Seek for Continuous Improvement with suppliers.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in supplier quality processes and systems.
• Lead initiatives to reduce defect rates and improve overall supplier performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers on process improvements and quality control enhancements.
• Support supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support evaluation and approve new suppliers based on quality performance and capability assessments.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation related to supplier audits, evaluations, and inspections.
• Supports supply chain in the selection and qualification of suppliers’ parts being procured - FAI (First Article Inspection).
• Any ad-hoc duty as assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field with minimum 3-4 years of related experience.
• Requires experience in supplier quality engineering within the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and customers.
• Able to read blueprints and/or drawing standards.

Responsibilities:

· To carry out General Construction Work at worksite

· To Operate Construction Machinery/Equipment at worksite.

Requirements:

· Have must Hydraulic Excavator Operation certificate

· Physical work required

· Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage.

Authorities and Responsibilities

1. To organize, co-ordinate, check and ensure all production activities follow as plan.
2. Calculate machine cycle time and organize production schedule base on machine capacity and capabilities
3. Plan manpower resources and delegate machining job to machinist
4. Verify program issue to workshop
5. Analyze and provide solution to solve problems between programmer and production dept.
6. Analyze monthly machining and scrap report
7. Good supervisory skill, people skill and 5 ‘S’ housekeeping
8. Good writing and communicating skill
9. Good in mechanical process, such as machining process, H/T, jig and fixture etc.

Competence Requirements

• Preferred NTC 2 / Diploma in Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working in related industry, and having 2 – 3 years of supervisory experience and preferably with working knowledge in machining processes.
• PC literate
• Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and is an effective team player who is also self driven with a strong achievement orientation.
