As a Lamination Operator, you will operate and maintain lamination machines and equipment. You will ensure that all products meet our strict quality standards, customer specifications, delivery requirements, and quality standards. This role is critical to maintaining the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing process.

• Pre-start Cleaning: Ensure the production line is thoroughly cleaned before starting the machine.
• Tool and Material Preparation: Gather all necessary tools, ingredients, and materials as specified in the work instructions.
• Work Execution: Carry out tasks according to the provided work instructions.
• Abnormality Reporting: Immediately notify the Line Leader or Production Supervisor if any abnormalities occur during the production process.
• Equipment Breakdown Reporting: Inform maintenance technicians of any equipment malfunctions and assist them with repairs when required.
• Site Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the production process.
• Tool Hygiene: Ensure all tools used during production are clean; if not, rinse them with running water before the next use.
• Date Code Verification: Perform visual checks on product date codes to ensure accuracy.
• Defect Inspection: Inspect for softness, pasteurizer damage, or other defects. Reject defective products and report findings to the Line Leader or Supervisor.
• Product Stacking and Recording: Stack products in clean baskets and record the quantity of finished goods sent to the cold room in the production form.
• Export Order Preparation: For export orders, arrange products into polyfoam and stack them on pallets or trolleys.
• Label and Date Code Verification: Confirm that finished goods’ date codes and carton labels match the production schedule.
• Additional Tasks: Complete other production-related duties as assigned by the Line Leader or Supervisor.
