Job Description

• Partner with the Global Operations (GOPS) team (Manufacturing, Production Planning, Procurement, and Quality Engineering) with emphasis on manufacturing processes, cycle time, assembly & test sequence, and quality.
• Provide first line engineering support in resolving daily operation issues in semiconductor equipment manufacturing, through collaboration with a team of multidisciplined manufacturing engineers, manufacturing supervisors and technicians.
• Achieve daily targets on product delivery to global customers in alignment with manufacturing engineering strategies, production schedules, quality and safety standards.

• Establish multi-discipline site energy team to drive success on site energy management program and ISO 50001.
• Organize and lead weekly and monthly site energy team meetings.
• Understand sit e energy budget (cost and volumes), track and report regularly on energy usage and cost.

• Take charge as SME in energy metering management.

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering Degree majoring in Electrical, Control & Instrumentation, Chemical, Environmental or related discipline or Diploma with minimum 5 years of experience.
• Singapore Certified Energy Manager certification
• Water Efficiency Manager certification preferred.
• Preferably 2 to 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Ability to organize, motivate and develop team members.

• Mentoring and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of cGMP is highly preferred

Primary Function/Primary Goals/Objectives:

• Develops and implements company and regulatory quality standards in Analytical Laboratory facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Dairy Science or related discipline or Diploma with minimum 4 to 6 years of experience.

· Reports directly to the Warehouse Manager

· Supervise and oversee day to day production operations to ensure that timelines are met

· Lead a team of production assistants and planning of assignment to ensure staff’s daily productivity is optimized

· To mentor and facilitate new production assistants in daily operations and standards; teaching and guiding them in the proper procedures and methodology

· Coordinate and facilitate the transaction of requested raw materials from Warehouse to Production Facilities as required

· Conduct daily routine checks on the production process and ensure that SOP are closely adhered to

· Identify, implement and resolve quality issues when necessary

· Ensure products assembled by the team is in accordance with the standards set by the Company

· Perform stock takes as required and ensure accuracy of stock quantities
