Our client, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Biotechnologist to join their expanding team in Singapore. This position will report directly to the Production Manager.

THE ROLE
As a Manufacturing Biotechnologist, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and scaling up bioprocesses for biologics production, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to refine upstream (cell culture) and downstream (purification) processes.
• Ensuring all experiments and manufacturing procedures comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Mentoring junior scientists or technicians and managing laboratory operations as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical biotechnology, biologics production, or a related field.
