Risk Management

• Complete all required risk assessments, Production Declarations, and ensure compliance with WTT’s risk management policies and safety standards.

Health and Safety

Logistical Coordination

• Oversee travel, accommodation, and logistical needs for production staff, ensuring seamless on-the-ground operations for each event.
• Coordination with in-house Events, Competition, IT, Content and Commercial teams on logistics, venue planning, sports presentation, OVR, sponsorship and content requirements
• Oversee the management and booking of satellite and fibre delivery for the World Feed broadcast, as well as other distribution requests

Requirements

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in production management are advantageous.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in production management, preferably within sports broadcasting or live events.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and cost reporting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of fostering team growth.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operating production lines or equivalent.
• Basic Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word)

This working position requires to run and monitor the production line for coffee, tea and soluble capsules. This comes with learning the use and maintenance of the automated production lines. It also requires the handling of ingredients and the handling of finished products to be placed on pallets.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To operate the production lines.
• Assisting the Production Supervisor to ensure the orders are manufactured correctly, cost effectively and delivered on time in accordance to defined specifications and quality.
• Loading the filling line with ingredients and materials needed for the production.
• Arranging finished products on pallets.
• Ensuring all plants, machineries and equipment are well maintained and in good condition.
• Other ad hoc duties required, related to production and day to day activities.

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Job Scope:

• Testing of different materials purchased by company for production of pesticide & their packing as per set specifications.
• Documentation of testing and their findings in according to ISO system and reporting of results to supervisor/ seniorResults shall be traceable to raw data
  All results shall be recorded in print format as well as Soft files
  
• Calibration of lab equipment's on periodic basis and maintain records of such activitiesMaintain Internal calibration record for HPLC, GC, UV, pH Meter etc.
  Train new staff on calibration of different equipment
  
• Record of stock of glassware, chemical, solvent, reference standard and other relevant consumables for smooth operation of laboratory activitiesEnsure all stocks are updated on last working day of every month
  Generate report and discuss for requirements to keep minimum inventory for different materials including chemicals, glassware, reference standards
  
• Co-ordination with production/ warehouse for smooth operation at production floorEnsure activates in lab shall be as per work allocation based on WOSU
  Ensure reports are shared with production promptly
  
• Inform any anomalies to production supervisor/ senior for immediate corrective action
• Ensure all test methods/standards used in lab are validated or supported by some valid reference, if any deviations observed make a not and take corrective action and ensure such deviations do not repeat in futureReport deviation to superior and take corrective action as per discussion, make record of deviations in NCR and record Corrective actions in CAR forms
  
• Use only reference standard with traceability to A- Standards and maintain a minimum quantity of reference standardTesting of technical material to create secondary standard and maintain record of such activity
  Ensure all secondary standards are traceable to A-Standards
  Ensure all A-Standards should have COA through out there shelf life, maintain record of A-Standard consumption
  
• Co-ordinate with outside labs for smooth functioning of production and day to day operations as per requirement
• Training of new staff and help them familiarize with company policies and proceduresIdentify short comings or training need of new staff from day to day work practice
  Communicate training needs with Manager/ Senior
  Decide on training schedule and source of training internal or external with Manager/ Senior
  
• Report your daily work and problems faced, to your supervisor/ senior for quick and long term solution

Job Tasks:

1. Create a Purchase Order

2. Keep track of orders to ensure timely delivery

3. Coordinate with internal divisions to ensure the quantity and quality of received items

4. Verify vendor’s invoice with purchase order and delivery order

5. Discuss product quality concerns and any other inconsistencies with suppliers.

Requirements:

1. Develop and Implement Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Create and maintain QA protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure product quality and safety.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) plans, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and other food safety standards.
• Work with management to design systems for continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, FSMA, FSSC 22000).

2. Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international food safety regulations, such as FDA, USDA, or European Union standards.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure company practices are aligned with these requirements.
• Prepare for and coordinate regulatory audits, such as those by the FDA or other certifying bodies.

3. Supplier Quality Assurance
• Evaluate and monitor suppliers to ensure that all raw materials and ingredients meet safety and quality standards.
• Conduct supplier audits and inspections, and develop criteria for supplier selection and performance monitoring.

4. Risk Assessment and Preventative Measures
• Conduct risk assessments on production processes and develop preventive measures to avoid contamination, spoilage, or other quality issues.
• Ensure that preventive controls, such as Critical Control Points (CCP), are established and monitored.

5. Training and Development
• Train staff on quality standards, procedures, and safety practices, promoting a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization.
• Organize regular refresher training sessions on food safety, handling practices, and industry updates.

6. Continuous Improvement Initiatives
• Work closely with R&D and production teams to implement improvements in product formulation, packaging, and processing.
• Investigate customer complaints, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Quality Control (QC) Job Scope

1. Product Testing and Inspection
• Perform routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Conduct tests to monitor quality attributes, such as pH, moisture content, microbiological safety, and sensory attributes (e.g., taste, texture).

2. Monitoring and Documenting Production Processes
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety parameters, making adjustments as needed.
• Record and analyze quality data to track trends and identify areas for improvement.

3. Equipment Calibration and Maintenance
• Calibrate, maintain, and verify QC equipment (e.g., thermometers, pH meters, moisture analyzers) to ensure accurate test results.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance schedules and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure consistency in production quality.

4. Compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure that all quality control procedures and SOPs are strictly followed by production staff.
• Conduct regular SOP audits and update procedures to improve QC effectiveness.

5. Sampling and Laboratory Testing
• Take representative samples from each production batch for testing and analysis.
• Work with internal or external laboratories for in-depth testing, such as microbiological or chemical analyses, when necessary.

6. Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain detailed records of QC activities, including inspection results, test reports, and deviations.
• Prepare reports on quality metrics and communicate findings to QA, production, and management teams for further action

Requirements
• Experience in handling ISO 22000 and HACCP and has some knowledge in FSSC 22000
• Good Knowledge in food labelling regulatory requirement
• Familiar with food regulations for product development in S.E.A. counties and oversea countries
• Familiar with Halal legal requirement
• Process good leadership skill, excellent written and verbal communication skill.
• At least 5 years experience in Food Manufacturing industry

• Well experienced in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.

• Knowledge of Singapore’s food safety regulations and standards (HACCP, ISO, SFA guidelines).

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure compliance with food safety protocols.

• Good communication skills to educate and train team members on food safety practices
