Job Descriptions:-
- Efficiently manage daily order processing, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Oversee product listing and catalog management, maintaining up-to-date product information.
- Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Physical check might be needed from time to time.
- Maintain and improve basic product descriptions to enhance product discoverability and consumer understanding.
- Collaborate with relevant team and Client to implement website design changes and other non-product-related amendments as necessary.
- Act as a liaison between the business development team and marketing/social media personnel to ensure synergy in e-commerce strategies.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with e-commerce platforms and partners to drive growth and opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product and order inquiries, addressing customer or partner queries promptly and professionally.

This is a supporting role for immigration services provided to the clients of the Company:

Principal Accountabilities:

• Handle all aspects of immigration services, including necessary applications for the various passes, e.g. Entrepreneur Pass, Employment Pass, and other relevant passes, etc.
• Actively keeping up to date with immigration requirements, rules, regulations, laws, and well versed with Employment Act
• Handle on various business licences
• Any other services that form part of the portfolio or may be beneficial to the organisation from time to time
• Any other relevant or applicable matters

Required Skills & Experience

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, preferably in Human Resources Management (HRM).
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in related industry.
• Must possess strong verbal and written language, English
• Must be familiar with processes/requirements of Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM), and Immigration & Custom Authority (ICA)
• Candidate with Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) certification would be advantageous
