Team Introduction

TikTok's Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team aims to drive ad product growth by leading local product strategy and go-to-market plans, as well as reflecting key market insights and product feedback to global product teams to improve TikTok's suite of ad products. TikTok seeks a product marketing professional with a background in digital media to lead go-to-market for brand solutions in Southeast Asia. Sitting as part of the SEA Product Marketing team in the Product Solutions & Operations organisation, the role involves close collaboration with both in-market sales and global product teams in a high growth environment. Ability to self-motivate, prioritise projects and influence cross functional partners are key skills. The ideal candidate should have experience working with digital advertising products in a product marketing capacity and also be familiar with brand marketing. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

- Own product growth and adoption for specific TikTok ad products and/or measurement products in Southeast Asia

- Collaborate with Sales teams to develop best practices through the lens of brand marketers to drive business outcomes

- Partner with Sales leadership, Business Marketing, Global & Regional product marketing teams to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies

- Plan and deliver product training to sales teams and develop local product marketing collaterals

- Act as the voice of the market to the product team; analyze, evaluate and synthesise market opportunities, in-market feedback and customer problems to influence product strategy and roadmaps

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above with 5 years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, digital advertising or relevant experience with a strong focus on brand marketing campaigns

Responsibilities:

1. Project support in the planning of organization related fringe events to increase opportunities for brand exposure and engagement to inculcate brand affinity and elevate brand awareness:

• Manage procurement/RFP processes for the appointment of vendors (Event Organiser and social media Agency)

• Ensure content on website is kept current with accurate information that effectively communicates the initiatives, in a timely and relevant manner.
• Prompt management of social media contests and prize disbursements
• Timely delivery of KOL campaign assets, where applicable
• Ensure community management of social media platforms is prompt with clear responses that encompass the brand’s tone of voice
• Timely submissions of all paid media assets for brand health tracking (BHT) and assess results for learnings and implications
• Timely reporting of social media paid media performance and to optimise content effectively during campaign period.

3. Support and assist on suite activation of large-scale concerts and events at the Singapore National Stadium by working closely with various stakeholders and Sports Hub to maximise the return on investment (ROI) of sponsored events, review hospitality credits and reports and manage brand assets refresh at Sports Hub where applicable.

4. Support and manage sponsorship projects such as OCBC Cycle to ensure that sponsorship entitlements are well utilized to enjoy optimal ROI.

5. Support various brand-related projects, including events, partnerships and other marketing initiatives.
