KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works closely with the President & Managing Director to come up with a strategic marketing plan for CNBC International including the brand positioning, key audience targets and key brand health metrics
• Working on annual and quarterly marketing plans including defining the key priorities by working with stakeholders
• Works with content teams on developing new show brands or sub-brands and ensuring a cohesive brand architecture that ladders up to over-arching strategic goals
• Ensuring the deployment of existing brand assets and the development of additional marketing assets including on-air promos, digital units, decks etc
• Works with partners to establish strong barter relationships and new agreements to extend the brand via partner opportunities
• Works with distribution partners to ensure CNBC priorities and new shows get adequate opportunities for promotion on AVOD and SVOD services and on MVPD home screens
• Partners with CNBC International’s Leadership team to ensure internal and external communications activities and marketing partnerships are maximized to their full potential
• Collaborates with peers based in the United States to ensure global consistency of message and partners with colleagues in News & Programming, Global Ad Sales and other departments to develop and grow deep brand partnerships.
• Partners with Global Ad Sales team to ensure they are aligned and have visibility to CNBC’s international product.
• Works with CNBC’s International and Domestic Events team to define the communications and marketing plans for CNBC owned events.
• Oversees and leads CNBC’s brand activation at key events including the World Economic Forum, Davos

Responsibilities:

Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Application Development

• Analyze the needs and requirements, plan and execute application-related bug fixings, enhancements, or new projects, including testing, provisioning, training and deployment of new solutions and applications.
• Document IT solutions and applications design and configuration and keep the documentation up to date for operational reference.
• Assist with user onboarding and training on new applications.

2. Application Support:

• Provide technical support to staff and students regarding the school's various applications, including learning management systems (LMS), student information systems (SIS), and administrative software.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to application access, functionality, and performance.
• Manage access and permission to IT applications and ensure only authorized users have access to IT solutions and data.

3. Data Management:

• Manage and maintain the school's student data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Generate reports and data visualizations to support informed decision-making by school administration.
• Assist with data migration projects and ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations.

4. System Administration & IT Support:

• Perform basic system administration tasks for applications and data storage systems, ensuring system uptime and availability.
• Install, configure, and maintain application software and related tools.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
• Provide IT support and solutions to end users within the school and provide AV support to teachers in classroom projection systems, Smart TVs and Audio Systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting (First Level) laptops and PCs. Analyses and recovers system when malfunction occurs or alerts the respective vendor for repair or replacement of affected parts if the item is under warranty.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Head of Information Technology or such people as the School may designate

Qualifications:

The eligible candidate must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
• Good knowledge in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall in software development and project management.
• Past experience or exposure to applications and platforms, including school management solutions (e.g., PowerSchool, iSAMS, Firefly) and Microsoft Dynamics and Talend Data Integration Platform.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and potentially programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for more advanced data manipulation.
• Experience in integrating different platforms such as PowerShell, Phyton, .NET, Java, SQL Server Integration Services, and Reporting Services in an International school environment will be preferred.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR and admin in Construction Industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially practical experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management and employee development.
• Knowledge of construction machinery, equipment specifications, and rental processes.
• Must have working experience in handling construction workers .
• Self-motivated with the ability to deliver under pressure and without constant oversight.

The IT Executive is responsible for providing applications consultancy, advice, and support for both purchased and developed systems, such as Infor LN and TimeWay. The role involves troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults, and ensuring that system setups are appropriately configured for end users. Additionally, the IT Executive will be tasked with setting up and configuring workstations and notebooks, managing multiple incidents and tasks, selecting vendors for IT products and services, and safeguarding our infrastructure against malware.
