Main purpose of the job  

The primary role of a Global Category Manager – Marketing Communications is to lead and implement procurement strategies, vision, and governance across the organization. This position heads the Procurement team, fostering unity across regions and promoting the sharing of best practices and knowledge. Alongside adhering to established governance, policies, and processes, the role involves protecting the company's assets and reputation through effective internal control systems, procedures, and legal compliance. About the role

• To provide leadership in RAU by facilitating timely admissions into SLEC’s services and monitoring the referral numbers weekly and reporting to RO.
• Assist in training and guiding new and junior staff in the referral process.
• Guide the team on the referral process to the right cite elders to appropriate care service.
• To help to review relevant policies and procedures and update when necessary.
• Monitor the overall referral admission rate and ensure the team to meet the organisation goal.

• To supervise the RAU team to work with CBS, HBS & RHS and review the referral process regularly to ensure the referral can be admitted in time.
• To interpret referral & admission trends and client needs to conduct the necessary internal transfers to other business units or engage the expertise of other services.
• To be the point of contact with other services’ stakeholders for coordinating the referral process
• To support the RAU team in all administration and documentation activities required during the referral to admission process to ensure a seamless admission for elders into services.

The Senior Operations Support Executive (OSE)/Assistant Manager (AM) assists in nonclinical administration and support operations to manage the Care Home facilities and a team to run daily administrative, operational, logisitics, maintenance, safety and security activities required to deliver the required resident services to the healthcare team and residents of the Care Home.
