Main Responsibilities:

As a Senior Administration & Business Support Executive, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and playing a key role in creating a safe and pleasant workplace environment for the company. About the role

Reporting to the BI Solutions Support Team Lead, this role will support internal stakeholders in Asia Pacific with all performance issues relating to back office BI applications, ensuring smooth operations while looking into potential process improvements.

What you will be doing

• Monitor and manage ticketing system effectively
• Perform analysis and troubleshooting of reported issues to identify root cause
• Collaborate and share knowledge with other team members to resolve issues and identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare or update technical documents or user guides
• Participate in the enhancement and support of cyclical processes (e.g. annual budget, year opening processes)

The successful candidate

Essential

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or related field
• At least 2 years' experience in application support or similar roles
• Strong working experience in BI tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
• Working knowledge of MS SQL server and SQL scripting

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Selection: Manage the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Onboarding: Prepare employment contracts, arrange pre-employment health check-ups, and conduct reference checks to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Draft and manage documentation for various staff movements, including appointment, resignation, transfer, and confirmation letters.
• Foreign Worker Administration: Oversee work pass applications and renewals, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Training Coordination: Schedule and register employees for training sessions and maintain accurate records of participation and completion.
• Leave & Claims Administration: Manage leave records, process claims, and ensure timely updates in the HR system.
• Data Management & Ad-hoc Tasks: Support HR project, data entry, reporting, and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma holders with 1 year of relevant HR experience
