Responsibilities

• Manage IT requests and provide IT support to TWC Group centres and head office, and ensure all IT tickets are responded to and resolved in a timely manner.
• Plan and conduct regular checks, analysis, diagnosis and troubleshooting for all TWC Group premises to ensure all software and hardware are up to date and effective, so as to prevent any possible disruptions in daily operations.

• Attends the weekly Catering Meeting, gathers surficial information, co-ordinates and leads the Stewarding team to accomplish the event with high professionalism in supporting the Banquet Service Team and Banquet Culinary Team for the success of all events.
