RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme Planning and Implementation

• Facilitate linkups between our organization and the community partners.
• Assist the Project Manager in facilitating data sharing, mapping of seniors' needs and joint monitoring of seniors.
• Assist the Project Manager for develop workflows, communication protocols for escalation and referrals of seniors.
• Implement programmes and activities run by COC.
• Coordination and supervision of services and activities for seniors.

Programme Evaluation & Administrative Duties

• Maintaining records to facilitate submission to AIC quarterly.
• Generate and submit Project Progress/Claims Report to AIC.
• Assist the Project Manager in handling staff on-off boarding, staff well-being, process claims and revising the proposed budget annually.

Operations - Admin

• Manage and supervise all admin supports in the outlets

Job Summary
The jobholder (2 year contract) supports the organisation in overseeing the management of human resource (HR) in the organisation. The jobholder is responsible for the efficient planning, execution and evaluation of the Learning & Development and Organisational Culture & Engagement functions of HR.

Organisational Culture & Engagement

1. Plan and design the employee engagement strategy, and measurement tool by recommending employee engagement drivers that have high impact on driving workforce performance.
2. Plan and execute the communication and engagement sessions using appropriate channels/tools for the targeted audience for knowledge-sharing and capacity-building.
3. Develop communication material/information kits for the HR programmes/ activities to convey desired messages clearly and effectively to the targeted audience.
4. Design, conduct and analyse the organisation’s culture through the employee engagement surveys and recommend corrective or improvement actions.
5. Facilitate action planning discussions with stakeholders to identify corrective or improvement actions and resources to implement the action plans.
6. Oversee and facilitate the onboarding process for new staff to ensure the sharing of organisational and functional knowledge to familiarize them with the organisational culture.

Other Duties

1. Identify and submit relevant applications for national organisational awards.
2. Source and obtain national funding or any other available funding for staff development in line with national initiatives.
3. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR learning and development policies.
4. Plan and coordinate meetings as the secretariat for HR Committee meetings.
5. Manage reporting staff to effectively train, evaluate, motivate, delegate and monitor their progress.

Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least two to three years of experience in HR Learning & Development functions.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain the association’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and the website.

· Plan, develop, and implement email marketing campaigns to engage ordinary and associate members and promote events.

· Create, schedule, and post content across social channels to increase visibility and engagement.

· Manage member databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

· Segment email lists and target different member groups for customized marketing campaigns.

· Regularly update and maintain member information in customer databases to ensure accurate records of member contact information and interactions.

· Assist in organizing events such as seminars, workshops, and gala dinner.

· Provide on-site assistance during events to ensure smooth execution.

· Provide general administrative support.

· Work with finance to assist with invoicing.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Experience managing social media accounts and email marketing campaigns.

· Familiarity with email marketing tools and social media management platforms.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Experience with event planning or coordination is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

· Proactively visit existing and new specialist doctors to establish strong relationships and identify new business opportunities

· Acitively generate new business by introducing doctors to the imaging MRI centres, driving referrals and ensure sustained partnerships

· Build relationships with key channel suppliers(insurance companies, GP clinics) to foster long term collaboration and business growth

· Identify and develop B2B and B2C consumer segments to expand the customer base.

· Conduct regular competitive analysis and pricing research to ensure competitiveness

· Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns from concept to completion

· Ensure the timely rollout of marketing plans with coordination with different stakeholders

· Build brand awareness through promotional packages and adjust strategies accordingly

· Compile and maintain comprehensive products/services offering lists

Job scope

As a Warehouse Operations Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring efficient workflows within the warehouse.

Job Description

* Coordinate the inbound and outbound movement of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective transport arrangements.

* Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies.

* Oversee the fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch of goods.

* Collaborate with freight carriers, logistics partners, and transportation providers to optimize shipping routes and negotiate favorable terms.

* Prepare and maintain shipping documents, customs paperwork, and other necessary documentation for international and domestic shipments.

* Implement quality control measures to ensure that goods are handled and packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transit.

* Streamline warehouse operations to improve overall efficiency and reduce turnaround times.

* Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to coordinate order fulfillment and address any logistical issues.
