*Design entrées: Executive chefs design new entrées for the menu to provide variety to customers so they have many options to choose from for their meals.

*Follow food regulations: They ensure their staff follow the food regulations that the Singapore Food Agency creates.

*Inspect food: They inspect each meal before their kitchen staff delivers it to customers. They may ensure that staff adheres to a customer's allergy needs, or they may ensure that staff presents food in an appealing way.

*Coordinate kitchen staff's duties: Executive chefs coordinate their kitchen staff's duties according to each professional's experience and skill level.

*Stay aware of recent culinary trends: They research and follow recent culinary trends to appeal to consumers. They may thin recipes that align with trends or replicate currently popular recipes.

*Hire new kitchen staff: They may review candidates' qualifications to find professionals that are a good fit for their workplace.

*Lead onboarding process: After hiring new staff, they provide an onboarding period where they may train new employees in kitchen protocols and safety regulations. Executive chefs may require them to complete a formal training period before they can begin completing tasks without supervision.

*Perform purchasing duties: They may create a budget and purchase necessary kitchen equipment and ingredients.

*Oversee dietary needs: If a customer has specific dietary needs, executive chefs may check their dish to ensure there's no cross-contamination.

*Communicate with customers: They often communicate with customers who had a negative experience with their meal. They may apologise to the customer or provide a free meal to resolve the situation.

Job Description

· Responsible for increasing the company’s sales business, achieving the profitability goals set by the company.

Requirements

· Tertiary education with any engineering discipline.

· Excellent Customer relationship Management skills.

· A team player who possess strong planning and organisational skills.

· Proven track record in sales account management and achievement of sales targets.

· At least 2 years in Marine / Oil & Gas industries, Ship Owners and Shipmanagement will be highly advantageous.

Job Purpose:

He / She will assist Maintenance Manager in all operations & maintenance concerns. Maintain good housekeeping in Facilities/Maintenance department; ensure good safety practice and also safe custody of keys, tools, documentation, equipment and other properties belonging to Facilities / Maintenance department.

Job Responsibilities:

Operation and Maintenance

1) Oversee the facilities management within the premises

2) Compiling the monthly utilities report and tabulations

3) Monthly M&E reports

4) Assist to develop and implement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as and where

Interfacing with the Club Member

5) Providing updates on ad-hoc repair and outstanding issues

6) Attending to Club Member maintenance related feedback or requests

7) Coordinates the preventive and corrective maintenance works schedule with the contract

requirements and team availability

8) Review the contractor's submitted quotations and prepare a formal proposal for discussion with the

maintenance manager

9) Inspect works carried out are proper and in satisfaction

10) Liaising and managing contractors

Leading the on-site technical teams

11) Provide guidance, training and supervision to technical staffs to ensure proper execution of

assigned task

12) Planning of maintenance schedule

13) Review and planning monthly maintenance schedule

14) Oversee all work is carried out timely and smoothly by the staffs

15) Responsible for maintaining proper equipment listing, inspections of the buildings

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Estate Management or other relevant qualifications from a recognized institute with minimum 3 years relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and be responsible for end-to-end processing of the full set of accounts, inclusive of Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivables / General Ledger transactions & reconciliations.

2. Check invoices, billings, and expense claims with their related supporting documents and ensure accounting policies and procedures are followed.

3. Prepare payment vouchers, reconcile bank balances, and record and upload related information to the financial system, ensuring accuracy.

4. Prepare the documents/reports required by the Head Office.

5. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

1. Audit background is preferred but not compulsory, fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
