The Executive Officer performs core Secretariat functions to support the MENDAKI Club Executive Committee (EXCO) in the execution of events and programmes which help Malay/Muslim youths and professionals (i.e., youths aged between 13 to 35 years old) excel and support one another, as well as the internal operations of the Club. The Procurement Executive will play a key role in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring food and beverage products, ingredients, packaging materials, and other essentials for the company. Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vessel Accounts Executive to manage and oversee the financial records of vessel operations. This role requires ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, timely reporting, and adherence to relevant regulations, supporting operational efficiency and financial compliance.

1) Liaise with vessel captains to ensure that reports, including Portage Bill, Provision, and Slop chest Account, are in order. Maintain a summary record for reference.
