• Assisting the sales team in basic administrative duties such as answering emails timely, handling reservations and drafting of sales proposals & booking confirmations.
• Preparation of daily and monthly reports, meeting minutes and review written documents such as proposals, contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• To master the property product in terms of rates, layout and physical attributes, breakdown/configuration, special features and amenities etc.
• Attend guest queries for walk-ins and incoming calls. Facilitate viewing of the rooms / apartments when required.
• Assist in conducting marketing intelligence as required.
• Conduct tele-sales for business leads solicitation.
• Participate in the sales blitzes as required.

1. Management of Account Payables for Skool4Kidz

• Maintenance of account payables (AP) creditors' records, including IBG payment records
• Collation of AP from all centres
• Keying-in of AP to the GP Dynamics Financial Software
• Batching of AP for interco billing
• Batching of AP for fixed assets processing
• Batching of AP for prepayment
• Reconciliation of AP sub-ledger to general ledge
• Running of monthly AP Aging report
• Running of AP payments twice a month and also process ad-hoc payments whenever required
• Processing of AP payments via computer cheques and manual cheques

2. Performing accrual of revenue for selected centres on monthly basis

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2. Diploma holder with at least 5 years’ or degree with 2-3 years’ experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Preferably specialized in Account Payable

Ensure safe food quality, restaurant cleanliness and sanitation, in stock product availability

Ensure day-to-day compliance to operational standards

Inventory control, labor cost, and budget management

Develops and implements local promotional programs

Supervise assigned personnel

Reports to General Manager
