Responsibilities:

• An independent, resourceful and dynamic self-starter strong in writing and can communicate effectively across all internal and external platforms.

• Key responsibilities of this role include drafting replies to MP letters or customers’ feedback, managing walk-in customers (where required), evaluating requests from internal and external stakeholders, coming up with and reviewing external communications materials for both internal and external stakeholders, managing media events, daily media monitoring and analysis, media relations (media pitching, forum replies, media queries and others) and crisis communications.

• You are also required to provide editorial support for publicity collaterals, corporate materials and advertisements, amongst others. You will help to revise and propose content for the corporate website where required. Where relevant, you are required to support marketing campaigns or events and measure campaign performance.

• You will also support the consolidation of monthly returns of the department for reporting purposes and other duties when assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or any related discipline
• Minimum five years’ experience in corporate communications, public relations and related fields.
• Strong interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills
• Service-oriented
• Strong analytical skills, a problem solver
• Strong writing skills in creating content for multiple uses.
• A team player who is resourceful, meticulous and able to multitask.
• Knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc will be a plus but not mandatory.

Job Purpose

• Support in achieving the strategic goals and drive centre’s growth.
• Undertake centre’s learning support activities.
• Facilitates the coordination of centre’s operations and services by liaising with various stakeholders include learners, partners, vendor, interdepartmental, etc.

Principal Resonsibilities

1. Business Development (BD)

• Support curation of the centre’s BD content based on defined BD’s objective and strategy
• Liaise with stakeholders in the creation of centre’s BD campaigns
• Support the implementation of the centre’s BD campaigns in line with centre’s BD objectives and strategy
• Monitor BD’s outcome to track Return-of-Investment (ROI) based on the centre’s BD and business objectives
• Undertake stakeholder management

2. Operations and learning administration

• Coordinate logistics and resources for the centre’s operations and services
• Undertake procurement activities
• Maintain training facilities and equipment.
• Consolidate and analyse learning data for reporting
• Collate budgetary and financial information relating to centre’s operations and services
• Support Funding application process

Secondary Resonsibilities

Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by reporting/supervising officer not limited to the following

1. Programme / Curriculum Development

• Develop and implement Training programme and activities
• Coordinate the development and updating of training curriculum and contents

Job Specification

1) Qualifications:

• Possess a recognised university degree

2) Experience:

• At least 1 years of relevant experience.
• Applicant with management experience in Adult Education or Learning Management will have an added advantage.
• Fresh graduate may be considered.
