• Produce progress reports
• Mininum 4 years experience in related field
• Understands the requirement and criteria of CONQUAS 21; preferbaly with exposure to Quality Marks inspection procedure and preparation
• Conduct defect investigation and identification

1. Able to handle company administrative and basic accounting works.

2. Prepare and communicate with clients for routine claims and billings

3. Arrange of routine monthly servicing schedule with clients.

4. Prepare and sending of quotation to clients on adhoc basis.

5. Support workers in arranging transport to jobsites on adhoc basis.

6. Support management in handling workers MOM related matters and prepare workers for skills training with MOM approved vendors.

7. Work Place near to Tai Seng MRT. 5.5 work week.

We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic team player to join us as an Assistant Programme Executive at Senior Activity Centre @ Whampoa Dew. The Assistant Programme Executive assists with the centre activities and clients at the centre

- Plan and prepare monthly activities schedule for clients.

- Engage with the clients during the activities.

- Pack and distribute food ration packages.

- Assess clients’ need and make necessary referrals to appropriate agencies and/or various care services.

- Manage and maintain all necessary documentations and paperwork of clients’ data and centre activities.

- Maintain the general cleanliness of the centre.

- Assist the centre manager on any other ad-hoc duties.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday : 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Saturday/Sunday : Minimum 2 Saturdays or Sundays
