• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activity, pipeline status and forecast.
• Analyst sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably within the food distribution, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Possess Class 3 Driving License.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Industry-specific knowledge and experience is preferred.
• Possess Food Safety and Hygiene Certification.

Working Hours: 5 days work week (Monday to Friday). From 8.00am to 6.00pm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Daily Sales Report
• Input Sales order, issue delivery order, invoice and ensure data accuracy
• To provide proforma invoice to the sales coordinator for payment purposes.
• Preparation of shipping arrangements and schedule of delivery
• Regular updates and monitoring of inventory stock movements and price records in the system
• Input Purchase Orders and send to factories, ensuring data accuracy.
• Liaise with Logistics Department to ensure timely deliveries
• To prepare standard operating procedures for processes.
• Upkeep and maintain a proper filing system.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma related to Business or Logistics
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office especially Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Working experience in the same industry and/or experience in handling Letter of Credit is advantageous.
