Job Description:
As a Senior Marketing Executive to join our team you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, ebrand initiatives, product marketing and supporting both consumer & trade marketing functions to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand and Marketing:
· 1. To assist in executing marketing efforts, promotions for the Mayer & Mistral Brand Portfolio in Singapore, which includes content development and promotional activities for trades
· 2. Responsible for executing all branding and marketing activities for Mayer & Mistral within the Singapore market
· 3. As the brand primary point of contact, coordinate and facilitate the sharing of brand assets and communicate brand strategies to the Malaysia team.
· 3. Create and execute consumer driven-impact integrated marketing campaigns – online, offline activations, social media marketing beyond traditional media
· 4. To initiate marketing materials such as POS materials/display requirements/demo videos/infographics etc development for marketing activities
· 5. Ensure POS materials are being roll out in Trade and Mayer owned retail showrooms. Taking accountability on how the POS are being executed/ maintain in trade
· 6. Coordinate marketing activities to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion agency, graphic designers & internal stakeholders
· 7. Coordinate the rollout of New Products from planning to execution with the direction from Product Team. Responsible for managing new product go-to-market launch kit for sales team (which includes and not limiting to POSM materials, new product launch deck)
· 8. Market intelligence – constantly be updated and stay on track of Singapore competitors’ activities and new trends in local market
Digital Marketing/ Social Media Management:
· 9. Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing team on social media related posting and executions
· 10. Coordinate closely with the in-house creative team to develop social media post designs
Other areas:
· 11. Support executive communication within marketing and to other cross-functional teams
· 12. Consolidate monthly marketing reporting for management and to support executive communications within marketing and other cross-functional teams
· 13. To coordinate content and propose relevant formats for events. Event/Pop up activation management – active & supporting role
· 14. Any other assignments by immediate superior
Skills & Qualifications:
· Preferably Bachelors in Marketing, Communications or similar field
· Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Marketing or Product Marketing, with a strong background in Digital Marketing. Experience in the FMCG sector is preferred, with both B2B and B2C experience being advantageous
· Proficient in using MS office applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
· Creative thinking with sharp analytical skills and possess problem-solving skills
· Dynamic, self-driven, self-starter
· Candidate should possess initiatives, accountability and a high degree of independence
· Good presentation skills
· Effective communication skills both verbal and written
· Ability to work in a fast pace and multitasking environment
· Team player with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
