You will be responsible for the sales and business acquisition of the respective studio. He/she has to attend to walk-in inquiries, follow up on the leads that are generated by digital marketing and other channels.

The responsibilities can be divided into 3 parts:

- Conversion to Trials where the Studio Manager will attend to leads, address their questions about the classes and book an appropriate trial class for them after understanding his/her needs/goals.

- Attending to Trials: when the prospect comes for a trial class, he/she will have a positive experience and explain the various packages and try to close the sales.

- Post-sales services: The Studio Manager must also follow up with the members after closing to ensure that he/she attends the classes regularly, attend to feedback and provide continuous customer services. The Sales Executives is an acting Studio Manager who has to maintain the studio in good condition with the support of the cleaning team and Customer Care Executive. In the absence of the CCE, you are required to step in and be present in the studio to cover.

The Accounts Executive – Accounts Payable’s core responsibilities are audit, processing and timely payment of all hotel payments.

What will I be doing?

As the Accounts Executive – Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Account for and audit all purchase orders, receive records and suppliers’ invoices (purchase invoices matching procedure).
• Ensure all invoices have proper supporting documents and authorization before processing payment.

Parent Liaison

• Parental liaison, reception duties, facilitating parent and agent enquiries
• Update all parent contact information and interactions at all times
• Ensure all new enquiries are followed up by phone or email within one working day. Follow-ups should be regular and consistent. Reminders should be sent to prospective parents before a school tour with all relevant details using the CRM calendar tool to do so.
• During tours, ensure that you share learning stories, videos and documentation that makes learning visible as well as introduce a member of the academic team to provide a high quality experience
• Post school tour; ensure a post tour email is sent within one working day after the school tour. Use templates in the CRM library and include relevant information/articles/videos etc to strengthen conversions
• Track/note/update all comments within the CRM in a timely manner. All contact and deal information should be updated by the last week of every month.
• Follow up with parents with a phone call, three days post tour. Use the ‘sequence' tool and the ‘templates' in the CRM to connect with families.

• Compile tour templates learning stories and other materials to improve on-ground conversion
