JOB DETAILS:

➡ Position: GUEST SERVICE EXECUTIVE (HOST)

➡ 5 Working days per week. (including weekends and PH)

A Guest Service Executive is responsible for:

• Hosts Primary Responsibility is to coordinate the welcome desk and ensure all guests that enters the outlet are greeted and seated.
• Facilitates all guests needs and expectation in the outlet by providing exceptional service.
• Ensure that all standard procedures, rules, regulations and sequence of service are highly implemented.
• Provide service that reflects the high standards of the company and exceed all guest expectations.
• Support any activities of the management.
• Abide by all rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the company.
• Ensure the effective inter departmental communications are conducted in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Assist pricing team in product pricing project, including performing Regression Testing & User Acceptance Testing for new product implementation
• Provide ad hoc support to Product Development, Distribution, and Policy Servicing teams on client requests, including post-sales illustrations and customer queries
• To support updates and enhancement for Policy Illustration and Post Sales illustration templates
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting filings for new product

Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years of experience working in a life insurance function within an actuarial capacity preferred, fresh graduates with relevant coursework or internships are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field with good progress in actuarial credentials (e.g. ASA, AIA, AFA) from a recognized international actuarial body
• Ability in critical thinking, problem solving and decision making
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely

• Researching and approaching trusts, government agencies and other bodies that could potentially make grants to the organisation.
  Writing and presenting proposals.
  Managing the grant application process and ensuring that reporting is tracked and meets donors' expectations

  Management and financial tasks:Preparing annual income and expenditure fundraising budgets for approval
  Recording, monitoring and reporting financial progress

• Requirements:
  Diploma holder with 2 years working experience in the charity sector.

  Candidate with constantly interacting with people, persuading them of the value of the organisation.
  Sourcing information and statistics, researching trends, assessing costs.
  Idea generation is important as charities try to ‘piggy back’ on what the public has an interest in.

• The Accounts/Tax Executive shall be responsible for the accounting and tax requirements of the clients which have outsourced their accounting and tax functions to the Company
• Able to complete full set of accounts
• Knowledge of GST
• Knowledge of tax regulations
