Accounts Executive - AR

Responsibilities

• Verify and confirm Sales Orders in Booking System
• Generate Sales invoices, credit notes in SAP system
• Maintain Accounts Receivable sub-module in SAP system (i.e. post receipts, send invoices and monthly statement of accounts to customers, follow up on outstanding debts)
• Update revenue file maintained in Excel.
• Prepare monthly schedules for month end closing purposes
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in accounting
• Overall at least 3 years relevant working experience in Finance
• A Team player, with positive working attitude, high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• IT Savvy, proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.

About The Role (Salary + Commission)

As a Tele Marketing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls or receiving inbound calls from potential customers.
