As part of digitalisation, he/ she will explore potential Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) suitable for the Group.

He/she will be involved in handling of IT Ops-related matters and coordination (IT Budget, Infrastructure Maintenance & Procurement), while managing regional IT training needs and IT security through effective regional IT communication. He/she should display independence and initiative in their work. He/ she is creative, resourceful, able to work under pressure within tight deadlines and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategy & Innovation

Support Group’s IT Strategy & Innovation through the following:

• IT Strategy Planning & Administration
• IT Governance & Communication
• IT vendor management
• Transformation and Change Management
• In-house venture company initiative management (Joint ventures and partnerships)
• Audit support

Digital Business

Support in Group business digitalisation efforts:

• Digital Project Management
• Digital Platform Strategy

Data Driven Enterprise

• Technology Innovation: Research & analysis to find new and better technical solutions to provide business value.
• Enterprise Architecture roadmap & standards: Mid & long-term plans for technology, system and hardware transformation in line with Enterprise IT Strategy
• Support in System Integration framework standards
• Support in the development of strategy and standards of E-Commerce (website, CMS, Mobile APP)

IT Operations

Support in IT Infra and Operation Management:

• Provide on-site and off-site support, remote IT services to end-users pertaining to laptops, computer, and network appliances
• Handle the onboarding & offboarding of IT equipment, including procurement of required IT hardware/software when necessary
• Manage and track IT assets
• Ensure Cyber Security across the Group and responsible in security awareness communications

Business Process Management

• Define strategy related to performance management, training, learning, change management and business intelligence
• Support in business analysis and service design (Accounting, HR, Plan & Admin)
• Support in dashboard and report requirements
• Process performance monitoring, reporting and improvement analysis and guidelines
• Mapping of business & system processes
• Support business system requirements management
• Support and coordinate offshore contract, SOP and process migration

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science, or any relevant field of study
• 1 to 2 years of experience in business process improvement and transformation is a plus
• Knowledge in Business Process Management and Agile practices would be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills for effective communication with multi-cultural teams through.
• Highly organise and prioritise tasks effectively, works well in while managing multiple tasks
• Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in business processes to ensure high quality and efficient operations
• Knowledge of process improvement software and tools.

• Support in delivery of effective marketing programs that achieve company and client objectives
• Assist in execution a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial and distribution, including the day-to-day execution across marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support
• Support the development and execution of sales and marketing materials, adapting scopes, timelines, and deliverables as needed
• Collaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing campaigns, leading brainstorming sessions to execute marketing plans for internal and external projects
• Meeting with clients to share ongoing promotion
• Contribute to other lead generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals

Responsibilities

• Manage company’s social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling of content to enhance brand awareness for companies within Car Choice group Group
• Assist in creation of creative and engaging content for social media platforms including writing copy, designing graphics, and creating videos to support marketing initiatives
• Assist in video production, including scheduling shoots, starring in videos, basic video editing, and ensuring all necessary logistics are available for smooth production.
• Track and analyse social media and digital marketing analytics to measure performance
• Provide support and undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned to support marketing needs

Skills Required

• Entry-level experience in marketing
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut and photo editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop is preferred
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Other Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 driving license is preferred
• Team player with positive work attitude and willing to learn
• Some car knowledge is advantageous
