Reporting to the Dean (Internationalisation & Boarding), the school is looking for an International Alliances or Senior International Alliances Executive who has relevant experiences in the area of international partnership, hospitality and/or event/trip planning and management. He/she should be able to work independently and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Summary of Job

• To independently plan, manage and lead in the daily operations (administration and logistics support) for outgoing/overseas school trips, and incoming visits and exchange groups
• To manage the recruitment and admission processes of international scholars

Duties

Outgoing/Overseas School Trips

1. Regular and timely update of MOE School Cockpit regarding travel plans of RI groups
2. Plan, manage and organise outgoing trips under the I&B Department
3. Complete MFA registration for all outgoing school trips
4. Plan, manage and organise trip files for all outgoing trips
5. Manage and support travel risk monitoring from International SOS and relevant sources for ongoing trips
6. Support overseas groups and key personnel who may require trip information to make informed decisions during emergencies

Incoming Visits and Exchange Groups

1. Plan and propose hosting programmes
2. Provide guidance and support for hosting departments to guide them in hosting international guest
3. Support hosting departments with logistic and administrative arrangements in and out of school
4. Receive and host day visitors from reception to send-off
5. Troubleshoot and resolve unforeseen situations

International Scholar Admissions

1. Manage international student admissions’ data management
2. Function as point-of-contact for internationalisation matters
3. Coordinate and prepare for RI networking teams. This will include preparation of budget and necessary materials and travel arrangements with the international partners
4. Coordinate with MOE and respective foreign school partners in international scholar recruitment. This will include the administration of pre-trip correspondence, procurement of travel arrangements, and on-boarding processes,
5. Coordinate post- networking trip reports and correspondence
6. Manage correspondence and reports with the various stakeholders involved in the international scholar admissions process
7. Any other duties assigned by the school

Job Description:

Cash and Liquidity Management

• Assist in daily cash management activities, including monitoring and analysing cash flows, bank account balances, and liquidity requirements.
• Support the preparation of cash flow forecasts and variance analysis to ensure optimal cash utilization.
• Execute intercompany fund transfers and maintain accurate records of treasury transactions.
• Monitor compliance with internal treasury policies and procedures.

Bank Maintenance and Relationship

• Assist in the administration of banking documentation and ensure records are up to date.
• Support the opening, closing, and maintenance of corporate bank accounts.
• Coordinate with banks to resolve operational issues and inquiries.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and consolidate monthly and quarterly treasury reports, including cash flow summaries, cash balances, debt reports, and hedging effectiveness analysis.
• Maintain and update treasury-related documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

Intercompany Transactions

• Support the management of intercompany funding arrangements, including loans and advances.
• Ensure timely reconciliation and settlement of intercompany balances.
• Maintain detailed records and liaise with Tax and Legal to ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies and timely update of intercompany agreements.

Debt and Financing Management

• Assist to track and maintain proper records of the company’s debt portfolio, including loan agreements, covenants and payment schedules.
• Support in the preparation of reports for reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain good relations and ensure timely communication with Agent and Lenders.

Risk Management and Hedging:

• Support the execution and tracking of hedging transactions (e.g., FX, interest rate swaps) in accordance with corporate policies.
• Maintain and update financial instrument records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Insurance Policy Administration:

• As part of financial risk management, to assist in the renewal, review, and administration of corporate insurance policies, ensuring timely submission of documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of claims, premiums, and coverage details.
• Liaise with insurance brokers, underwriters, and internal departments to address policy-related queries and claims.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Client Supervision

• Provide administrative and operational support in overall Single Room Shared Facilities (SRSF) Programme operations. Ensure smooth running of SRSF Programme operations and oversee daily SRSF Programme operational issues and statistical collection.
• Handle day-to-day general queries from SRSF Programme residents.
• Assist in the admission and orientation of new SRSF Programme residents.

We’re looking to add a Marketing Executive (Contract 1 Year) in Singapore. The position will be based in our HQ at AMK.

As a Marketing Executive, you will:

• Pursue leads/potential customers generated from various channels, collaborating with the R&D Directors to facilitate their conversion into sales.
• Initiate and compile market research and intelligence pertaining to industry trends, technological advancements, customer information, and distribution channels.
• Conduct preliminary analysis and generate reports to bolster business development and sales endeavors.
• Aid in the creation of marketing materials such as catalogues, brochures, and datasheets.
• Consolidate and manage customer database information for communication and engagement purposes.
• Support in the administration of online channels, including e-store information and analytics.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• At least possess a Diploma in Marketing and/or Engineering coupled with experience in sales or marketing.
• Demonstrated track record of at least 2 years in a professional setting.
• Proven agility and innovation in sourcing and compiling data and information from diverse online and offline channels.
• Possess an analytical mindset with the capability to handle substantial volumes of data and derive meaningful insights.
• Good business acumen and a commitment to staying abreast of technological advancements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and IT skills, with a focus on social media management.
• Meticulous and organized, eager to learn and able to work independently.
• A team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Adaptability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
