Roles & Responsibilities

· Manage the day-to-day operations of accounts payable functions

· Process invoices and payments

· Liaise with vendors

· Reconciliation of supplier statements

· Bank reconciliation

· Process petty cash by recording entry and verifying documentation

Key Responsibilities include:

• Prepare full set monthly management accounts and related schedules timely
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, quarterly GST reporting, various reports and government surveys.
• Billing processing, intercompany transactions
• Project cost tracking and perform account analysis
• Cash flow management
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary, and bankers
• Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Processes, and Procedures
• Participation in ERP implementations.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting and above
• Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, corporate tax, and GST rules.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role/responsibilities.
• A self-starter who is able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and tight deadlines independently
• Self-motivated, resourceful, hands-on, multi-task, meticulous and analytical skills
• Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work

Job Description

• Application & cancellation of relevant operating licenses (Eg. SFA, Liquor, Tobacco)
• Follow up & keep track of licenses & contracts
• Ensure accuracy of licenses’ records in system and proper filing of documentations
• Preparation of contract & drafting letters as required, including renewals
• Use of Navision system to prepare Purchase Requisition (PR), receive Purchase Order (PO), and invoice posting
• Recording & dissemination of meeting minutes; initiative to edit report when necessary
• Upkeep inventory and perform ordering when stock is low
• Upkeep of partnership issues
• Processing & liaison of insurance claims (public liability) with insurance broker
• Compilation of information & reports within department & liaise with other departments
• Dissemination of emails, memos & other information to departments
• Facilitate on delivery platforms matters & procedures
• Assist on rebate matters when required
• Open & close utilities account for outlets
• Update records & highlight significant variances for test kit tracking
• Sourcing of quotation from vendors /contractors when required
• Ensure all task are timely & accurate completed
• Ad-hoc matters as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration
• Proficient in computer skills
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Navision will be an advantage
• Organised, meticulous and able to multi task
• Good communication skills and self-discipline
