We are expanding our team! Looking for a reliable candidate to assist the director in the daily operations of the ecommerce business.

This is a full-time role. You'll have the flexibility to work hybrid with minimum of 3 days in our Woodlands showroom. Hiring Singaporeans only.

Your area of work will roughly encompass the following:

- Business Development

- Ecommerce Web Management & Design Work

- Ecommerce Operations

- Administrative Duties

Ideally the candidate should possess the following

- Have great interpersonal communication skills

- Work smart & be efficient.

- Huge advantage for candidates with design sense and creative directions.

- Candidates who live close to our showroom (Woodlands 737854) will be given big advantage.

- Knowledge about guitars and Interest in the local music scene are favored but not mandatory.

Some exciting parts of the job would be meeting local music legends, literally people who share the same stage as JJ Lin, Jam Hsiao etc.

If you have a passion for music especially guitars, gear, recording & productions and the local music scene, this job may be the perfect one for you! You'll get to meet many local musicians, some of which are A-listers.

Job Description

• Creating and presenting information on social media platforms and have a good
  understanding to be familiar with latest
• Trending memes, viral contents and current affairs
• Mapping of optimal content strategy, content and feed planning – Including creative copywriting,
  scheduling and postings of social media, and platform community management
• Influencer Marketing: Development and campaign management
• Marketing and Promotions graphic design
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Must know how to use Photoshop/Canva to design posts for social media platforms
• Writing of Press Releases for all new outlets opening, new menu launches and any other requirements as required
• Engage and work with our Brand Ambassador to create 1 CSR campaign every quarter. (Please plan in
  advance to fit our brand ambassador schedule)

Job Scope:

• Management of company’s social media channels (Website, FB, IG, Google reviews, etc)
• Overseeing the marketing department of the company and to solidify Takagi Ramen’s brand image and impression as Singapore’s #1 Affordable Ramen that serves affordable and quality food to the masses
• Plan and execute creative advertisement campaign and to regularly create viral news to improve brand awareness in a cost effective way
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in marketing campaigns and activities.
• Plan a monthly/seasonal promotional calendar of activity, generating ideas for new offerings
• Overseeing the compliance and marketing department and to act as a direct liaison to manage all in-houseexecutives, freelancers, brand ambassadors and any other external stakeholders
• Providing support to the outlets operations team as well as the opening team on any backend onboarding processes required
• Building an internal growth work culture and maintaining positive relationships with management, colleagues and external stakeholders
• Follow-up on progress across multiple departments to ensure objectives and actionables are met within deadlines
• Cross Collaborating with the HR department in organizing company and community events
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting manager

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the relevant role
• Experience working in F&B industry will be advantageous
• A Diploma in marketing and communications is preferred
• Strong in photoshop and premier-pro
• Creative and have good sense in design
• Must know photoshop + Canva
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team
