RESPONSIBILITIES

Front Desk Administration and Secretariat Support: 

• Greet and attend to public walk-ins. This may include administering visitor logbook and badges, notifying relevant colleagues or re-directing public to appropriate resources

Responsibilities:

• To achieve and exceed personal/company sales target and KPIs
• Attend to customers’ needs and requirements and provide prompt after-sales service
• Actively look and contact prospective customers and customer segments who needs our product/services
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing clients
• Promote new services to existing and prospective clients
• Prepare tenders documents, quotations, and contracts
• Perform client retention activities and ensure contract renewals are done in a timely manner
• Building of relevant prospects and pipelines
• Work closely with Operation department on customer work orders and bins dispatch, and assist to resolve issues related to the customer
• Assist Accounts Department with payment collection
• Miscellaneous administrative or project work from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma of any field or any other equivalent qualification
• Candidates should be motivated, energetic and enthusiastic about interacting with people
• Possess all the right attitudes such as proactive, self-disciplined, responsible, strong team spirit and an unquenchable desire to learn
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Preferably with own vehicle

· 5 days week & once a month half a Sat

. North Area, Woodlands

· Responsible for Full sets of accounts

· Support month-end and year-end financial closing

· Managing customer invoicing

· Liaise with customers

· Preparation of management accounts and other financial reporting on a timely basis

· Maintaining proper accounting records and documentation

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

· Some years of working experience, partial/full set accts

· Good interpersonal skills and communications skill

· Candidate possess at least Finance/Accountancy in Dip/Deg

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English, prefer can speak Mandarin
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Can take initiative to meet new customers
• No experience required, prefer if with some experience in retail of bathroom and lighting

Handle full set of accounts for a group of companies.

• Perform GST reporting and submission.

• Day to day operational activities including GL posting, AR, AP, journal entries, bank reconciliation and cash flow forecast.

• Prepare accounts schedule and reports.

• Liaise with external auditor, tax agent and secretarial.

• Review payment vouchers, petty cash, invoices, sub-con payments, bank reconciliations etc.

• Ensure timely and accurate month end and year end closing.

• Prepare year-end audit and liaise with external auditors.

• Any other ad-hoc work as assigned.
