Job Scope

1. Receiving Goods: Unloading incoming deliveries, checking for damages, and verifying the accuracy of orders against packing lists.
2. Inventory Management: Keeping track of stock levels, conducting regular inventory counts, and updating inventory systems.
3. Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
4. Storage Organization: Properly storing products in designated locations, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing warehouse space for optimal efficiency.
5. Shipping: Preparing outgoing shipments, labeling packages, and coordinating with inhouse and external logistics teams/ providers.
6. Equipment Operation: Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
7. Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and participating in safety training.
8. Documentation: Completing necessary paperwork related to shipments, inventory, and safety checks.
9. Team Collaboration: Working closely with cross functional team members and supervisors to meet operational goals and improve processes.
10. Problem-Solving: Addressing issues such as inventory discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, or shipping delays as they arise.

• Assist in Marketing Communications of the organization, including maintenance of websites, mobile apps and social media platforms, media relations and press releases.
• Assist in the branding, communications, sales and distribution of the organization’s products & services.
• Assist in proposals, tenders and submissions of new and existing projects.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and coordinating of all marketing and branding exercises, trade shows and major promotions.
• Gather design inputs from event partners & work with designers to develop EDMs and collaterals.
• To review, implement and assist in retail and food service marketing activities when required.
• To stay up to date with the latest social trends and public’s preferences.
• To create creative and engaging content to gain traction across the various social media platforms as well as managing them.
• To be involved in the development of new products.
• To identify business opportunities and to develop new business.
• To conduct market and field study when required.

Job Requirements

• 1 – 2 years of work experience in relevant field
• Advanced Diploma in Marketing/Multimedia or related field
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram and Tiktok
• Possess a good aesthetic feel, and the ability to assist in photoshoots and video shoots
• Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
• Good verbal communication and writing skills
• Experience in using Adobe Photoshop
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Prior proven Marketing working experience is a plus

• Team Management: Manage, lead and motivate a marketing team of 3 to 5.

• Stakeholder Management: Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across sales, product management and the central marketing team to ensure there is buy in to future marketing campaigns and resources are maximised.

• Sales Support: Create collateral and content to help the sales team convert more prospects.

• Campaign Management: Target market segments with integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand and convert into leads. Campaigns can include ABM, paid social, webinars, email marketing and direct mail.

• Content Marketing: create a variety of content – thought leadership, blogs, whitepapers, webinars and video.

• Digital: Be responsible, through the central marketing team, for the infrastructure section of the website. Ensuring content is optimised for SEO, and our presence is expanded across our social – Meta, IG, Tik Tok, LinkedIn & Twitter etc.

• Technical: Work ensure sales and marketing are working in unison.

• Marketing Analysis: Analyse and report on traffic, MQLs, conversions, attribution and pipeline growth.

Senior Marketing Manager Requirements

Job Description:

• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
• Assist in the preparation and closing of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual financial statements
• Responsible for accounting processess and task (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc)
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercise including monitoring of expenditures as per corporate guidelines
• Report on the company's financial health and liquidity
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns for review by tax agents
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filling requirements, tax filling requirement (GST/CIT, etc), audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, professional certification (e.g. ACCA or CPA) is a plus, Diploma holder with sufficient working experience may be considered
• At least 2 years of working experience, experience in Construction/Building industry will be added advantage
• Good working knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards
• Well-versed in Ms Office especially Ms Excel including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks accounting software
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
• A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently

Job Description

• Create and implement the hazard control plans and programmes.
• Prepare necessary documents and assist in internal and external audits by regulatory bodies and customers as well as follow up corrections/corrective actions.
• Liaise with respective departments for customer complaints and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Conduct routine premises hygiene and sanitation inspections, mock recalls and traceability.
• Conduct training on food safety and quality related programmes (ISO 22000).
• Assist in new product development activities.
• Liaise with laboratory for product microbial testing and environmental testing.
• Support QA manager and purchasing department in raw material suppliers and external service providers documentations and audits.
• Manage pest control programmes for the plant and maintain pest control records.
• Create and recommend Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or ISO 22000 documents to enhance product quality and compliance to ISO 22000.
• Collect and compile validation and verification data.
• Prepare reports to communicate quality issues.
• Willing to travel to other BU for audits and follow up on premises inspections and corrective actions.

Job Requirement

• Possess at least a Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Nutrition or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-3 years working experience in related field.
• Relevant knowledge in FSSC, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP.
• Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently, as well as a team player.
• Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00.
• Working day pattern: 5 days per week.
• Location: Senoko area, few bus stops away from Woodlands North MRT Station (TE1).
